Sleep plays a significant role in almost every system of our body. And that sleep insufficiency increases risks in all of these systems. As we grow older, we tend to deprive ourselves of sleep. At night, we need to stay awake to attend to some of our priorities, such as work and social life. We often abuse ourselves in a brutal way that harms our physical and mental wellness. Hence, we must be aware of certain habits that impair the quality of our sleep—for instance, eating a lot of food before going to bed, eating unhealthy foods, overeating, and lack of sleep. We must start caring for our bodies with a healthy lifestyle and good sleeping habits.
Learn how to take good care of your body by getting enough sleep.
