Dr. Patricia Tibbs is a doctor, wife, and mother of four wonderful young people.
She is a Board Certified Pediatrician practicing in Mississippi, with a Master of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health from the University of Illinois. She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Tibbs is an a Pediatrician and an author, blogger, mentor, speaker, mother, and wife. She is the vice-president of the Mississippi Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics. She cofounded Ilona Children's Education Center in Uganda which aims to remediate and change the legacy of girl-victims of abuse in Uganda. She has written 5 books, Cords which is a reflection on family; Raising Teens to have healthy relationships; and three children's books, character building series. She works as a Pediatrician in Ellisville and Laurel, Mississippi and has done this for over 25 years.
