Opportunities Are Bigger Than You Think—Here’s Proof

Growth isn’t just about reaching goals—it’s about seeing opportunities where there was once hesitation and recognizing the moments that shape us.

Being at the Super Bowl was more than just watching a historic game; it was a powerful reminder of how stepping into new spaces can open unexpected doors. From witnessing greatness firsthand to discovering new career possibilities, this experience reinforced that the biggest opportunities often come when we’re willing to take the first step.

At the same time, Black History Month is a time to honor not only legendary figures but also the everyday heroes who have shaped our lives. For me, that includes my grandmother, Delia "Big Mama" Burgess, who recently passed away just shy of her 95th birthday. Her journey from sharecropping to freedom is a powerful story of resilience, faith, and perseverance—one that continues to inspire.
